Put together the circles’ layers into a single one (pressing
Ctrl button, marking out the appropriate layers and pres
Ctrl+E). Then we need to select the
Eraser Tool (E) and move off the unnecessary elements.
Create one more circle, having the next demonstrated parameters:

Next step includes choosing the
Horizontal Type Tool (T), moving the cursor to the top circle’s edges and write the word “UEFA”.
Next we’ll write other words – EURO 2008 Austria – Switzerland, under the word UEFA.

Above the EURO word on the Layers’ palette we’ll insert the layers with the ellipses, having the color
#FC2C28
Keep pressed
Alt button and make a mouse click between the ellipses layers and the EURO layer (on the layers’ palette).
The logotype is done. Merge Down the logotype’s layers into a single one (keep pressed
Ctrl button to mark out the necessary layers and press
Ctrl+E). Insert the logotype on the right top corner of the picture. The logotype’s size may be changed with
Free Transform option.
Create a new layer now and use on it a standard brush of white color to represent two lines made of dots.
Select the programs
Toggle the brushes palette from the top part of the panel.
