Blending Options>Inner Glow:
Blending Options>Bevel and Emboss:
Blending Options>Gradient Overlay:
Gradient Editor:
Blending Options>Stroke
We need to get the same sphere demonstrated next image:
Next we’ll draw a sphere identical with the previous one.
Follow the same settings indicated next table:
Blending Options>Inner Shadow
Blending Options>Gradient Overlay
Gradient Editor:
Set the opacity on this layer to get a highlight:
Next we’ll draw one more sphere for the highlight’s effect.

i followed ur tutorial, but in the middle of this page, i never get the same thing as urs.. the 2nd sphere. try to make the tutorial clearer..

check your settings on page 2 and 3 (the small white globe)
I can“t get the highlights the way they look in your example
I get an almost similar look by NOT aligning the gradient overlay of the with the layer small inner globe,rasterizing the effects and then turning it with 180 deg.

PS: and by setting the scale on 37% instead of 105%

i’ve got the same problem as lievena
but i tried to move the center of radial gradient when you are applying settings on layer style and it works!
