Make a copy of the last made layer and select then Free Transform option to turn over the copy and change the layer’s parameters:

    What is the name of the first brush used to create the dandelions – where the tutorial goes through the brush settings?

    Can anyone post a link to where it could be found or at least the name/title of the brush?
