2009 Calendar – Year of the OX

The layer’s parameters: Fill 43%, Blending mode-Multiply

Press Alt button while clicking between the layers we work with on the layers’ panel.

Create a new layer and select for it a standard brush of white color and Opacity of 15% to paint the top and bottom edges of the picture:
Next press Alt button while clicking between the layers on the layers’ panel:

Find a illustration having represented on it an Ox.

Cut it out and insert the Ox on our basic picture.

Create a new layer that must be painted with the #AB7E3F color, using in this case the Paint Bucket Tool (G).

Select for the same layer the next demonstrated option: Filter>Noise >Add Noise


The layer’s parameters: Fill 11%, Blending mode-Vivid Light

Next step includes inserting the year and its name under the picture with the Ox on it:


On the right part of the ox we’ll represent a calendar, using the Rectangle Tool (U). The calendar should be divided into four equal divisions. The color chosen for this operation is #DD1F26

We’ll write the months’ names above the red lines:


Next insert the weeks for this year. Place the calendar under the written months.
