Gradient’s parameters:

Next we’ll draw a black line on the symbol’s borders between its halves. Firstly we need to draw the primary direction, choosing in this case the Pen Tool (P) and Path mode.

Next we’ll create a new layer and select for it a standard brush of black color (Diameter 3, Hardness 100%). Then changing the tool on the Pen Tool (P), make a right click and select the Stroke Path.

Applying the same method, it’s possible to draw a white line this time:

Create a new layer, choosing a standard brush mentioned above to represent a spot of big diameter colored with #FFE8CA (Opacity 40%)

Use the Free Transform solution, try to make narrower the spot by it vertical position and place it the same way demonstrated below:

Try to represent a horizontal line on the central spot’s part, colored with #322A15, applying the Line Tool (U) (weight 3 px).

Make a mouse click on the same layer on Add a Mask selection from the bottom part of the layers’ panel and use the standard brush of black color (Opacity of 20%) to clean out the edges from the right and left sides.

Insert now the text we need on the top part of the horizontal line as well as on its downside, both texts being represented on the separate layers.
