On the next new layer (Create new layer) we’ll apply the same Brushes-swirls of white color and this layer will be situated also lower than the layers containing the objects.

The layer’s styles: Blending Options>Stroke

Create a new layer, using here again Brushes-swirls of white color.

The layer’s styles: Fill 0%, Blending Options>Drop Shadow

Blending Options>Stroke

We need to create again a new layer to apply one more brush out of the Brushes-swirls of white color.

The layer’s styles: Fill 19%, Blending Options>Stroke

Click on the bottom part of the layers’ panel on the next selection: Create new fill or adjustment layer>Curves

Now we need to represent several lines on the picture, but firstly draw paths with the Pen Tool (P) (Path Mode).

Next step includes creating four new layers (Create new layer) for each lines and use a standard brush on them of red, green, blue, violet or white colors (Diameter 9, Hardness 100%).
Using the Direct Selection Tool (A), select one of the lines and then change the tool on the Pen Tool (P) and finally make a right click on the selected line Stroke Path (Mode Brush, Simulate Pressure). This way we’ll have the same representation of the lines as it is shown below:

Click on each layer containing the colored line on the bottom part of the layers’ panel on Add a Mask selection and choose after that a standard brush of black color (Opacity 20%) to clean out each line’s edges.

The layer containing the white lines must have the next styles: Blending Options>Drop Shadow
