Set for the layer the next demonstrated parameters:

Next we’ll take the Custom Shape Tool (U) and represent a shield of white color.
Set the next styles for the made layer by clicking on this layer on the layers’ panel:
Blending Options>Drop Shadow

Make a copy of the layer containing the shield. It must be situated lower than the very first layer on the layers’ panel. Use after that the Convert Point Tool and let down the lowest top of the copy’s layer. Set the next color for the copy’s layer – #38383F.
The layer’s styles:
Blending Options>Drop Shadow
Create a new layer between the copy’s layer and the top layer of the shield that must be processed with a standard brush of white color, painting the indicated part of the lowest layer on the left side. Then mark out the zone on the central part with the Rectangular Marquee Tool (M) and press DELETE.
The layer’s parameters:
Fill 16%
Press Alt button and click between the layer containing the white brush and the lowest layer of the shield (on the layers’ palette)
Make a copy of the top layer of the shield. Move off the layer’s effects and change the color on the #919191
Click on the bottom part of the layers’ panel on Add a Mask selection and choose the next option – Filter>Render>Clouds
