    Anime-Text

    This was just a random idea of me... I came up with this style when I was photoshop-freestyling. This effect awoke no name with me, but my friends told me it had a little Hentai/Anime touch - dunno why ;)

    This is really random, but it gives nice results ;)

    • Step 1 It doesn't really matter what font you use for this one;
      Place some black text on a desired place;

      Anime-Text

    • Step 2 Add these layer-styles to it;

      Anime-Text

      Anime-Text

      Anime-Text

    • Step 3 Now comes the hard part;
      Select the text by holding CTRL+the Thumbnail and go to Select>Modify>Expand and expand it with 3-4, depending on your text;
      Fill the open spaces with black and make sure everything is covered;
      If you really need it, use the Smooth-tutorial to make your edges smoother;

      Anime-Text

    • Step 4 Merge both layers together and go to Edit>Transform>Perspective and make sure it looks a bit like mine;

      Anime-Text

    • Step 5 Now do the same as you may or may have not did in the 3D-tutorial;

      Anime-Text

    • Step 6 Add this layer-style;

      Anime-Text

    • Step 7 And you're done with the random Anime-text...

    Glowing Animation

    Create this simple animation in less then 5 minutes! If you wanna add new effects or a different glow, go ahead!

    Create an animation just like the admin-sigs in v6 of the forums...

    • Step 1 Create a document with a desired background and create a new layer with a random object or text on it;

      Glowing Animation

    • Step 2 Duplicate the layer 2 times, then go to Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur and blur the first copy a little;

      Glowing Animation

    • Step 3 Then blur the second copy some more;

      Note:THIS REALLY DEPENDS ON THE IMAGE OR THE TEXT, SO I CAN'T REALLY GIVE YOU NUMBERS.

      Glowing Animation

    • Step 4 Hop on over to Image-Ready by clicking this button;
      When in IR, hide the 2 copies and just show the original layer;

      Glowing Animation

    • Step 5 On the animation-palette, press the NewLayer-button;

      Glowing Animation

    • Step 6 Then let one of the copies be shown above the original and press the tween-button and set it to 7;

      Glowing Animation

    • Step 7 Do the same thing with the other layer;
      reate a new layer and show the last layer, tween in by 7 and after that create a layer with just the original on it and tween it with 7 again;
      When you paid attention to what I said and ignored all the stuff in IR you didn't needed, the result should look like this:
